    Push Back Cuticles:
Use the cuticle pusher/orangewood stick provided to gently push back your cuticles.

    Cleanse Nails:
Wipe your nails with the alcohol wipe provided in your kit l to remove any remaining oils, dust, or debris.
⚠️ This step is crucial for promoting better adhesion. ⚠️

  • Sticking on nails

    Stick the nails.

    Select Sticky Tabs:
Choose the appropriate size of adhesive sticky tabs for each nail. They should cover the entire nail bed.

    Apply Sticky Tabs:
Peel off the backing of the sticky tabs and press them onto your nails, ensuring they adhere well. Smooth out any air bubbles.

    Attach Press-On Nails:
Place the press-on nails on top of the sticky tabs, aligning them with your natural nail shape.

    Press and Hold:
Press down firmly on each nail for a few seconds to secure the bond between the sticky tabs and press-on nails.

If you would prefer to use your own nail glue for applying our press-on nails for longer wear, here are the steps involved:

    Apply Personal Nail Glue:
Apply a small amount of your personal nail glue to the back of each press-on nail. Ensure even distribution, covering the entire surface.

    Align and Press:
Align the press-on nails with your natural nail shape and gently press them down onto your nails.

    Hold and Secure:
Hold each press-on nail in place for a few seconds to allow the glue to adhere properly. Ensure that the bond is secure.

    Check and Adjust:
Verify that each press-on nail is firmly attached. If needed, add more glue to any areas that may require reinforcement.

⚠️Always follow the specific instructions provided with your chosen nail glue, and be cautious to avoid contact with skin and eyes. If any irritation occurs, remove the press-on nails and seek professional advice. It's essential to be mindful of the glue's fumes and take necessary precautions in a well-ventilated area. ⚠️

  • Remove the nails.

If adhered with sticky tabs: Start by gently peeling off the press-on nails from one side. Use your fingers to carefully lift the edges of the nails. Do this slowly to avoid damaging your natural nails.

If adhesive tabs aren’t coming off or nails were adhered with glue:

Soaking off press-on nails with oil, soap, and water is a gentle and effective method.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    MATERIALS NEEDED:
    Warm water
    Mild soap
Olive oil or any other oil (coconut oil, baby oil, etc.)
    Bowl or basin
    Cotton balls or pads
    Aluminum foil
    Orange stick or cuticle pusher

    PROCEDURE:

    Prepare the Soaking Solution:
Fill a bowl or basin with warm water. Make sure it's comfortable to touch, not too hot.

Add a few drops of mild soap to the warm water and mix it well.

    Soak Your Nails:
Submerge your hands in the warm, soapy water. Allow your nails to soak for about 10-15 minutes.

    Apply Oil:
After soaking, take your hands out of the water and dry them slightly.

Apply oil (olive oil, coconut oil, or any other oil) to the cuticle area and the edges of the press-on nails.

    Wrap Nails in Foil:
Tear small pieces of aluminum foil, enough to wrap around each finger.

Place a small piece of cotton ball or pad soaked in oil on top of each press-on nail.

Wrap each finger with aluminum foil to secure the cotton ball and press-on nail in place.

    Wait for Soaking:
Allow your nails to soak in the oil and wrapped with foil for another 10-15 minutes. (This gives the oil time to penetrate and further weaken the adhesive.)

    Remove Foil and Press-on Nails:
After soaking, gently unwrap each finger, removing the foil and cotton ball.

Use an orange stick or a cuticle pusher to gently push off the softened press-on nails. ⚠️Be careful not to force them, as they should come off easily without causing damage to your natural nails. ⚠️

    Clean and Moisturize:
Wash your hands with mild soap and warm water to remove any remaining oil or adhesive.

Apply a moisturizer or cuticle oil to hydrate your nails and cuticles.

This method is relatively gentle, but if you experience any resistance or discomfort during the process, stop and consult a professional for advice.

  1. Nail Glue Reinforcement: If you used adhesive tabs initially, consider applying a thin layer of nail glue over the tabs for extra strength. This can help prevent any lifting or popping off.

  2. Avoid Excessive Water Exposure: While washing your hands is essential, excessive exposure to water can weaken the adhesive. Consider wearing gloves when doing dishes or engaging in activities where your hands will be submerged in water for an extended period.

  3. Gentle Handling: Be mindful of how you use your hands. Avoid using your nails as tools and try not to subject them to unnecessary stress. This can help prevent chips or breaks.

  4. Cuticle Oil Application: Regularly apply cuticle oil around the edges of the press-on nails to keep the adhesive flexible and nourish your natural nails. This can help prevent the press-on nails from becoming brittle and lifting.

  5. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Limit exposure to harsh chemicals, such as cleaning agents, as they can weaken the adhesive. If you need to use such substances, wear gloves to protect your nails.

  6. Fix Lifted Edges Promptly: If you notice any edges starting to lift, use a small amount of nail glue to reattach them immediately. Addressing lifting early can prevent further damage and ensure a longer-lasting wear.

  7. Avoid Heat Exposure: Excessive heat can weaken the adhesive. Avoid exposing your nails to hot water, and be cautious with activities like cooking or using hot styling tools.

  8. Regular Maintenance: Periodically check your press-on nails for any signs of wear, lifting, or damage. Address any issues promptly to maintain the overall integrity of your manicure.

Remember that press-on nails may not be as durable as professional salon extensions, but with proper care, you can extend their wear and enjoy a beautiful manicure for a more extended period.
