Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. If you encounter any challenges related to sizing or quality, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds and replacements are applicable solely to items that remain unworn and unused. Items received after a period of 7 days will not be eligible for acceptance.
We are happy to facilitate a return, subject to the following conditions:
The original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn.
Sale items and those purchased on promotion are non-refundable. If you opt to return any sale purchases, a store credit will be issued.
Direct exchanges are exclusive to those who hold a Neishi Nails account.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to: maneisha@neishinails.com.au, explaining the reason for your return.
Kindly await approval before sending your package back, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
Should you opt for a direct refund by returning your order, you will need to cover the associated shipping costs.
Once a return slip has been purchased this will be emailed out to the email provided in the original purchase.
